Got my tomtom over the weekend, works right out the box, backed up before installing new lifetime maps, took a couple of hours but its fine. Great picture and colors. 4th tomtom and still loving it. Love the lifetime maps updates. Great price for unit. Works very well. Love tomtoms. Fast to turn on and find signal. When installing suction cup onto windshield, rotate left to unlock first, then mount onto windshield and then rotate disk to the right to tighten and lock in place. Once that locks, it does not come off.
