Aptly, geocaching has been described as a worldwide treasure hunting game, and the first piece of equipment that any novice geocacher wants is a GPS unit, then they naturally want to know which is the best GPS for geocaching? A good question! There are many makes and models of GPP systems on the market today, but not all of them are suited for geocaching. Before you even begin shopping for the unit you will be using in your geocaching expeditions, you have to decide how you will be using the device. For example, by now there are millions of caches stashed all over the world and in all different kinds of terrain. Or, will you be the type of cacher who will be happy to explore your local parks and nearby woods?
