For all the lovers of the game there is a new baby in town –the SkyCaddie SGX GPS rangefinder. These are a range of super technology golf course GPS units. Just needs to be synced with the computer and voila. They are a next generation rangefinders from the house of SkyCaddie. The equipment features a completely fresh slick look, and can be compared as a complete departure compared to the look of existing SkyCaddie equipments. The product comes with a three inched LCD offering a vividly bright color images, even in the presence of direct sunlight. The product as well features some of the existing Sky Golf technologies as well.
The SkyCaddie SGX comes with a load of features to change the golfing experience for ever. The SGX SmartClub is a technology present in the SkyCaddie that adds intelligence along with a wireless communication linked to every club in the bag of the golfer. After taking a club out of the bag SmartClub acts with the Tag that is present at the end of the butt of the club establishing a straight communication by linking with the SkyCaddie. Another wonderful addition is the SGX Club-Reminder that has a superior warning system to help golfers by warning if a club gets left behind even before a player is approaching the subsequent hole.
Then there is the SkyCaddie SGX Game Tracker technology. This technology makes us e of the exact similar principle for capturing the used club, along with the geo-location as well the distance of every shot. This eliminates maximum of the effort and the distraction that comes with manual entry. The online web portal of Sky Golf combines with "Club SG" to offer the players an option to upload all their stats in a process to get analyzed and improved. The SGX is capable of storing up to thirty thousand of preloaded courses, containing some basic green facts. The superior storage enables the capability of storing around fifty full-featured lessons in SGX at a single time.
The Skycaddie SGX has a transflective LCD enabling sunlight viewing. It is powered with a Lithium-ion battery of durable rechargeable variety. The only noticeable issue that has been found with the Skycaddie SGX is of their syncing with some computers once they are loaded and installed. It has been commonly noticed in older Operating Systems like the Windows XP service pack one or before, and with some versions of service pack 2.
